I am very impressed with this company! I actually enjoyed having them in my home, they were very nice people! I felt like I was having family over. Very good at communication between all the different contractors. John really stayed on top of them and kept them on task. I didn’t have to call anyone and ask questions/ or make sure a contractor was going to commit to the agreed time. I liked how they took the time to talk with me and explain everything and answer any questions I had. Their work was amazing and done in a timely manner! Thank you John and Magic Valley Restoration employees for all your hard work!

Best company I’ve had the pleasure of using. They’re punctual, honest extremely professional. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service. The quality of their work and Scheduling Of all aspects of the repairs are Incredible , this company has the rare quality of integrity that seems to be lacking in most companies I’ve dealt with in the past. I’m completely at ease knowing John will take care and personally oversee all the aspects of the job at hand and to insure complete satisfaction is accomplished . I wouldn’t call anyone else for any future repairs or issues that might come up. Their estimates are more than fair. My only disappointment Is that the review stars only go to 5 as I would definitely rate them much higher.

"I have a ton of respect for a company where the boss/owner actually shows up and works."

We recently bought a house where some water damage and mold went undetected. I called John on a Monday morning, he was at our house within the hour. He and is crew showed up on a Wednesday morning and completed the drywall removal and mold remediation within an hour. I have a ton of respect for a company where the boss/owner actually shows up and works. He and his crew were very quick and professional. We were given the instructions and directions to fix our problem. Thank you to a wonderful crew and assuring us about everything.

By far the BEST restoration company in Idaho. Honest, hardworking, great communication. We had a huge flood due to a sudden burst in the middle of the night. Worst morning surprise ever.....until John and team showed up and started cleanup/demo. The restoration process was smooth, and quality and details were amazing. Our family of 7 woke up at 4 am to a major flood in our master bath which led to destroying half our house... so much water everywhere! We called Magic Valley and the owner, John could not have been more helpful! He was at our house before 7 am on a Saturday morning doing the work before his crew even got there. John and crew were so helpful, kind, professional, efficient and timely. Even during the Covid mess they were working whenever they could and quickly. The finishing work and the attention to detail was unmatched, John even painted and fixed some things that weren't covered because he wanted it to look perfect! I can't recommend Magic Valley Restoration enough! Heaven forbid this ever happens again, we know exactly who to call!! We could not have been more happy with the work! Dont call anyone else if you have the unfortunate luck of a flood, you will not be disappointed!! Magic Valley Restoration is amazing!!

Having your home flood and destroying everything in its week is hard enough to go through. Magic Valley Restoration made it as easy as possible! "The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable"

Our water system is a mess. We aren’t on a well, don’t have a meter, and have no idea where our shut-off is…. And had our main break. I struggle with anxiety, routine change, and “catastrophic” events. I cried for a solid two hours while the restoration team got it all under control. They came out within a half hour of calling them (it was like 11 pm), got a plumber out quickly, got the water stopped, and fixed the pipe. The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable. I’m SO THANKFUL they were there to minimize the damage before it got bad.

We are so lucky they were quick to repair the problem because we could have suffered so much damage. Instead, we didn’t lose anything. We didn’t lose our shelves, furniture, furnace, water heater, or any of the stuff stored in our basement. It could have been so much worse and I’m so so thankful they were there to fix it.
We will use this company again.

I highly recommend Magic Valley Restoration , they work great with Farm Bureau Insurance . Great communication , they keep you updated on every step of the repair process. I was amazed how quickly they responded , and how fast the job was done . When I heard they were going to do the drywall in one day I was skeptical . I just figured oh well I can redo it . I didn't need to, I do auto restoration and am used to looking and feeling when things are straight and correct . If you are shopping for some one to help you out STOP looking and give them a call.
