"The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable"

Our water system is a mess. We aren’t on a well, don’t have a meter, and have no idea where our shut-off is…. And had our main break. I struggle with anxiety, routine change, and “catastrophic” events. I cried for a solid two hours while the restoration team got it all under control. They came out within a half hour of calling them (it was like 11 pm), got a plumber out quickly, got the water stopped, and fixed the pipe. The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable. I’m SO THANKFUL they were there to minimize the damage before it got bad.

We are so lucky they were quick to repair the problem because we could have suffered so much damage. Instead, we didn’t lose anything. We didn’t lose our shelves, furniture, furnace, water heater, or any of the stuff stored in our basement. It could have been so much worse and I’m so so thankful they were there to fix it.
We will use this company again.

John and his team were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we got taken care of while we were displaced after a flood in our house! They made sure we were involved every step of the way and knew exactly what was going on! I would recommend them every single time. I’m hopeful to never have to call a restoration company again but if I do have to I will be calling Magic Valley restoration !!
